A few of our products do require some sort of installation. We will recommend the best type of installation based around the products requirements and specifications. Whether the installation is performed by a qualified electrician requiring some sort of wiring work, or a simple installation making sure your product is placed in the most suitable location.

As part of our service to you, we do offer an additional service where one of our team will come to your home and help you to set up the product as well as give you an hours session on using the product and it’s features. This training session is charged hourly but is set up and designed to make sure you are comfortable and confident with using the product and it’s features efficiently.

Our support service is very different to training. At Amano Connect we provide each and every one of our customers the basic support they need in relation to their product and or service.
Support is there for customers who may have a question about their product and are on the lookout for a quick answer. Make sure you do check out our FAQ page as we have listed all the questions we feel you may ask.
Our team are always at the other end of the phone or email, if you do require some more information or have a question that is not listed under the FAQ page.
