What is the difference between training and support?
Training is a paid for service that provides a very detailed and in depth one on one guidance and instruction on every aspect of using the product by one of our trained team members in the comfort of our customers own home.
Support is a free service that we offer every customer of Amano Connect. However, it is not a training session over the phone, in this scenario we would recommend you embark on some training. Support is more of a quick, brief answer to a question over the phone or via email.
