The Elliot SOS button is available to use with the Gloria+ Carephone.
The SOS button can be worn as a pendant, wrist-strap or on a belt, using attachments from the accessory pack. By wearing the trigger, it is possible to make an SOS call, from anywhere in the home, within 75m of the base unit.
Once pressed, the trigger sends a signal to the Carephone, which then automatically dials the SOS call and puts the wearer in touch with carers or our 24/7 telecare service who can then arrange the appropriate help.
The unique EPC (Easy Press Concept) is useful for people with tactile disabilities as a result of medical conditions such as arthritis and makes this SOS trigger easy to use.
It features a two way transceiver communication for situations in which the user needs to have confirmation that the alarm has been acknowledged. When an alarm is activated an LED on the trigger lights up when the signal has been received.
The trigger is totally waterproof and the battery can easily be changed whenever needed without affecting the waterproofing.
