Increasingly we find that our customers are frail, they have complex care requirements, and their abilities are compromised. We find that with our home visits and installation service our customers are reassured, they gain a better understanding of how telecare (an emergency pendant or SOS button) can help their independence and their safety. We won’t just send the equipment in a box and hope for the best, we won’t insist on an online application, we’ll help our customer complete the documentation. And we will give a full explanation with a complete check of the system.
